Last, month our partners at Drug-Free Chattooga 365 attended the Friendship Festival in Summerville, and experienced a wonderful turnout! They created a Positivity Board for community members to write notes for others to take as needed. They also were able to give out information on the prevention work CCAPSA, Inc. and the Drug-Free Chattooga coalition does within the community. They even had a number of attendees sign-up for the text back campaign to receive weekly conversation prompts, encouraging talks with youth about substance abuse! Speaking of the text back campaign… they also installed a banner at the Community Resource Center and Chattooga High School baseball field!
